La destilería Chichibu es una destilería de whisky japonesa. Fundada en 2004 por Ichiro Akuto y operativa desde 2008, fue la primera destilería japonesa nueva desde 1973. Está ubicada en Chichibu, una ciudad de la prefectura de Saitama, Japón.
