Hace más de 25 años, el maestro destilador Booker Noe se propuso crear un whisky que se adhiriera a la forma original y comprobada de hacer las cosas. Lo llamó Knob Creek. Envejecido cada lote en barricas de carbón máximo para extraer todo el dulzor natural del roble. Luego, embotellelo a un grado 100 inusualmente equilibrado.
