Si bien la mayoría de los whiskies aromatizados se parecen más al sabor que al whisky real, Not Your Father's Bourbon cree que el whisky es la parte importante. Es por eso que agregó solo un toque de vainilla para un acabado suave y no demasiado dulce.

Nariz: Toque de maíz acaramelado y algunas notas rústicas de arpillera.

Boca: En boca es bien endulzado aunque, quizás, efectivamente sea “no demasiado dulce” como indica la etiqueta.

Final: Bourbon equilibrado con final de caramelo.
