Mermaid Winter Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh juniper, orange peel, warming spices, soft herbs, and delicate floral notes, with hints of cinnamon and winter botanicals.

Palate: Smooth and aromatic, with juniper, citrus, gentle spice, orange, and subtle sweetness. Warming botanical notes gradually build without overpowering the fresh gin character.

Finish: Medium and warming, with lingering juniper, orange zest, cinnamon, gentle spice, and a soft herbal freshness.
