Nariz: Pan integral recién horneado, dulce de vainilla, brezo floral y piel de manzana roja.

Paladar: Sorprendentemente dulce al principio, con una gran rebanada de pastel de limón al frente. Luego desarrolla rápidamente notas atrevidas y especiadas de canela y pimienta negra molida.

Finalizar: De longitud media, con cebada melosa y almendras machacadas.
