Uno de sus lanzamientos más recientes, el whisky mezclado Rebecca Creek Texas Ranger 1823, se desarrolló con el objetivo de llevar a los bebedores whiskies artesanales de elaboración local a un precio competitivo. El whisky, que lleva el nombre de la legendaria organización de apoyo a la ley de 1823, se mezcla a partir de una selección de whiskies únicos, bourbon y agua pura filtrada con piedra caliza del famoso acuífero Edwards antes de envejecer en barricas carbonizadas de roble blanco americano para crear una expresión rica y sabrosa que Es simplemente irresistible.

Nariz: Cada sorbo de este licor de color miel te recibe con una acogedora nariz de galletas Graham, miel, glaseado de vainilla, caramelo y jarabe de arce.

Boca: Sutiles toques de pera, avellana y café. Estas mismas notas continúan en el paladar con la adición de caramelo dulce.

Final: Un final breve de arce, cerveza de raíz y glaseado de vainilla.

Fundada en 2009 por Steve Ison, Rebecca Creek Distillery fue una de las primeras destilerías legales en el sur de Texas desde la Prohibición. Desde entonces ha crecido hasta convertirse en una de las destilerías artesanales más grandes de América del Norte. Su línea de productos incluye whisky Rebecca Creek, whisky Texas Ranger, vodka Enchanted Rock y vodka Enchanted Rock Peach.
