Thanks to the perfect southern exposure, on the orographic left of the valley, it remains sunny for most of the day. There is pleasant daily ventilation and rainfall is around 500 mm\/year. Such a favorable microclimate for the vineyard allows us to work in an exclusively natural way. Ours is an artisanal and artistic type of work in collaboration with nature, in full respect of it. The company does not produce DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) wines.
