We moved into this new cellar in 2011 and although the winemaking facilities are recent, the work remains essentially artisanal. Our vines are maintained manually due to the complicated topography of the steep hillsides (8.2 ha), made up of small terraces which range from 450 to 900 m. altitude. The climate is extraordinarily favorable to the vines, but in order to always guarantee impeccable quality and optimal maturity of the berries we carry out drastic sorting of the harvest.
