Del Maguey (pronunciado ma–gay), Single Village Mezcal fue fundado en 1995 por el artista de renombre internacional y visionario del mezcal, Ron Cooper. Ron presentó al mundo el Mezcal artesanal, 100% orgánico certificado, que antes no estaba disponible, producido de forma artesanal y original.

Nariz: Del Maguey Santo Domingo Albarradas tiene una nariz alta y ligera con muchos matices cítricos.

Boca: Hay un poco de pera tostada y mucha fruta tropical en la lengua.

Final: Especiado y amaderado con un final limpio y seco.
