Fresh Coconut and Toasted Coconut offer two interpretations of a shared theme, creating a thoughtfully paired presentation within the collection.

Nose: Fresh Coconut: Fresh coconut, citrus, tropical fruit, vanilla, sweet oak, and gentle spice.
Toasted Coconut: Toasted coconut, crème caramel, white chocolate, vanilla, and rich tropical sweetness.

Palate: Fresh Coconut: Coconut milk, zesty lime, soft sweetness, citrus, and tropical fruit.
Toasted Coconut: Coconut truffle, lime marmalade, frangipane, charred pineapple, and creamy sweetness.

Finish: Fresh Coconut: Bright and floral, with lingering citrus, coconut, vanilla, and soft oak.
Toasted Coconut: Long and warming, with sweet oak, toasted coconut, tropical fruit, and gentle spice.

Distillery Information

The Macallan was founded in 1824 at the Easter Elchies estate in Speyside and has built its reputation around carefully selected oak casks and exceptionally detailed whisky-making. The Harmony Collection was launched as a limited annual series exploring creativity, natural materials, and distinctive flavour profiles, with previous chapters drawing inspiration from chocolate, coffee, Scottish meadows, and tea. The Coconut release represents the sixth and final chapter, created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team in collaboration with Jordi Roca and El Celler de Can Roca. The two expressions bring the collection to a close by exploring fresh and toasted interpretations of coconut through precise cask selection and maturation.
