Envejecido alrededor de 30 años en roble antes de ser embotellado, este Hors d'Age de Guillon Painturaud conserva el estilo de la casa de las bebidas espirituosas de peso medio, aún con un sabor afrutado muy vibrante incluso a esta gran edad. Este estilo de coñac atraerá a los fanáticos de Remy Martin en lugar de a algunos de los grandes bateadores como Hennessy.

Guillon-Painturaud se fundó en 1610 y es un agricultor/productor de propiedad y gestión familiar. En su finca situada en la región de Grand Champagne, en Cognac, sólo se cultivan uvas ugni blanc. Line Guillon-Painturaud es una de las pocas maestras destiladoras de coñac.
