A refined Chardonnay from Tabalí’s Talinay vineyard in the cool coastal Limarí Valley, where constant Pacific breezes and fractured limestone soils give the wine remarkable freshness and mineral definition. The wine shows impressive purity and precision, combining citrus, green apple and tropical fruit with subtle floral and toasted notes. Fermentation and maturation in French oak add creamy texture and complexity while preserving the wine’s vibrant acidity. The palate is elegant and energetic, with a pronounced mineral character and a long, persistent finish.

Viña Tabalí is a pioneering Chilean winery based in the Limarí Valley, a region particularly suited to cool-climate varieties because of its proximity to the Pacific Ocean. The Talinay vineyard lies approximately 12 kilometres from the coast beside Fray Jorge National Park, with ancient marine-terrace limestone soils that are central to the vineyard’s distinctive character. Tabalí has become known for expressing Limarí’s combination of coastal freshness, limestone minerality and elegant fruit, with winemaker Felipe Müller closely involved in the development of its wines.
