Nose: Orange zest, dried fruits, vanilla and caramel with chocolate, toasted oak and gentle spice.

Palate: Rich and smooth, with dark chocolate, raisins, orange marmalade, vanilla and caramel alongside cinnamon, nutmeg and polished oak.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering chocolate, dried fruit, citrus peel, vanilla and subtle sherry spice.

Distillery Information

The Dalmore Distillery was established in 1839 on the banks of the Cromarty Firth in the Scottish Highlands. The distillery is renowned for its distinctive spirit style and its extensive use of sherry-seasoned casks, particularly those sourced from González Byass. The iconic twelve-pointed royal stag has been associated with The Dalmore since the early 19th century and remains central to its identity. The distillery's whiskies are known for rich, full-bodied profiles featuring orange, dried fruit, chocolate and spice.
