Este whisky danés de pura malta fue embotellado por Berry Bros. & Rudd para su serie Nordic Cask. Es una excelente adición a la gama, procedente de un par de cuartos de barrica de Thy Distillery que se encubaron juntos y se presentaron sin colorantes ni filtración en frío al 57,5% ABV.

Nariz: Rico humo de leña, cedro, piel de naranja y jengibre.

Paladar: Melón dulce, caramelo de ceniza, piel de manzana roja tánica y un toque de membrillo.

Finalizar: Las especias para hornear y el carbón persisten.
