Forge Cellars was established in the Finger Lakes of New York through a partnership between French winemaker Louis Barruol of Château de Saint Cosme and American wine importer Rick Rainey. The winery is dedicated to showcasing the unique terroir of the Finger Lakes through vineyard-focused wines that emphasize freshness, purity, and site expression. Working closely with local growers, Forge Cellars follows sustainable viticultural practices and minimal-intervention winemaking to preserve the character of each vineyard.
