Nariz: Piña carbonizada y nectarina fresca con un toque de turba costera .

Boca: Frutas tropicales combinadas con delicado té negro. Rico y suavemente ahumado .

Final: Seco pero afrutado, con final de roble tostado .

Historia de la destilería Starward: Starward Distillery fue fundada en 2007 en el hangar de mantenimiento de Qantas en el aeropuerto de Essendon por David Vitale, y desde sus humildes comienzos y en tan solo una década se ha convertido en el buque insignia del whisky artesanal australiano y en un ícono del whisky australiano.
