Château Darius es una propiedad Grand Cru de Saint-Émilion. La finca fue fundada en 1990 por la familia Pommier, propietaria de viñedos en Burdeos desde 1879. En 1990, Michel y Odette Pommier adquirieron siete hectáreas en Saint-Laurent de Combes, una ciudad situada en el corazón de Saint-Émilion. El vino se llama Darío, en memoria de un rey persa que vivió en el año 500 a.C. y en homenaje a las conexiones iraníes de la familia. Los viñedos están compuestos por un 60% de Merlot y un 40% de Cabernet Franc.
