Boca: regaliz negro, cacao, caramelo y ligero sabor a naranja.

Carta Vieja está ubicada en Boquete Panamá, cerca del pueblo de Boquerón. El proceso de elaboración tanto de ron como de Seco en Carta Vieja comienza de la misma manera. Todo comienza con la caña de azúcar, este cañaveral rodea la destilería. El jugo de la caña de azúcar se fermenta para hacer seco y la melaza de la caña se fermenta para hacer ron.
