Square One Brewery & Distillery es un destino en el hermoso vecindario de Lafayette Square, que ofrece un ambiente informal para cenar con cerveza y licores elaborados en el lugar. Su énfasis radica en elaborar sus productos en pequeños lotes utilizando ingredientes de calidad y combinaciones de sabores únicas. Sin conocer límites para sus creaciones, Square One tiene como objetivo ampliar la paleta de los amantes de la cerveza de St. Louis al servir 35 cervezas diferentes por año, incluidas tripels, imperials, kellers, exportaciones, belgas y estilos acondicionados en barrica.
