Un ron oscuro y brillante para mezclar, producido en las Bermudas desde 1806. El nombre proviene de la cera negra que originalmente se usaba para sellar las botellas. Rico y bien equilibrado, tiene tentadoras notas de caramelo, vainilla y caramelo. El servicio característico es con cerveza de jengibre en un Dark 'n' Stormy.

Nariz: melaza picante, neumático de automóvil, fruta guisada con estery y pastel de plátano con especias de canela.

Boca: Azúcar moscovado oscuro/melaza y canela picante con naranja picante y pastel de frutas ennegrecido.

Final: Acabado en boca con carbón tostado quemado y secado en boca con clavo y grosellas quemadas.
