An exceptionally limited VVS (Very Very Special) release from the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series, aged 11 years and selected from specially chosen barrels in Heaven Hill’s rickhouses. This wheated bourbon uses a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, delivering a rich, polished profile with pronounced sweetness and mature spice.

Nose: Sweet cinnamon toast, toasted bread, stewed apple, barrel char, anise, leather, and cigar box with warm baking spice.

Palate: Rich and buttery with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, caramel, and fresh orange peel. Deeper notes of banana, coconut cream, and milk chocolate add a decadent sweetness.

Finish: Long, silky, and warming, with dark fruit, milk chocolate, brown sugar, vanilla, and lingering baking spice.
