Finish: Long, hot, and lingering, with dark cherry, caramel, vanilla, charred oak, cinnamon, and persistent baking spice.

Willett Distillery is a family-owned Kentucky distillery located in Bardstown, with roots dating back to the early 20th century. The Willett family returned to distilling in the modern era with a focus on producing and aging bourbon and rye at its own estate. Its Family Estate Bottled program is particularly known for single-barrel releases selected from the distillery’s aging stocks. Each barrel is bottled individually, allowing differences in maturation, oak influence, and proof to create distinct expressions.
