El lanzamiento ininterrumpido de Caol Ila en 2013 lleva el nombre del gerente de la destilería, Billy Stitchell, quien se jubila después de casi 40 años en la destilería. Este año se ha embotellado sin indicar la edad y, a pesar de no estar repetido, el whisky tiene un claro sabor ahumado, aunque menos que en años anteriores.

Nariz: Aroma a hierbas frescas, ralladura de limón y papaya.

Boca: Notas de especias dulces, cítricos, roble meloso y nueces tostadas.

Final: Aromático y especiado, con toques de clavo, turba, sabor salado y canela.
