A deliciously easy-going whisky, this organic 15-year-old is matured in American oak for gently-spiced and notably-honeyed profile. It begins in the nose, where citrus and oaky vanilla skitter down a slightly-floral honey slide. Everything pools on the palate, joined by creamy malt and a touch of woody spice, before the arrival of a crisp and fresh finish.
