Detailed Description

Devil's Botany Wormwood Vodka is a small-batch English vodka distilled from British wheat with homegrown Grand Wormwood, the botanical traditionally associated with absinthe. Produced in a copper pot still in East London, it has a clean vodka base with a distinctive herbaceous character. The wormwood brings delicate floral, grassy and lightly bitter notes without overpowering the spirit.

Devil's Botany Wormwood Vodka | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh herbs, delicate florals, green grass, light anise and clean wheat.

Palate: Crisp and smooth with subtle sweetness, fresh herbs, grassy wormwood and a gentle botanical bitterness.

Finish: Clean and moderately long, with lingering herbal, floral and lightly grassy notes.

Distillery Information

Devil's Botany Distillery was founded in 2021 in Leyton, East London, by the team behind The Last Tuesday Society and The Absinthe Parlour. The distillery was established as the UK's first dedicated absinthe distillery, drawing on traditional European absinthe-making methods while developing a distinctly modern British style. Its production focuses heavily on botanicals, including different varieties of wormwood, and the range has expanded beyond absinthe into gin and vodka. Devil's Botany Wormwood Vodka extends the distillery's focus on Grand Wormwood into a clean, modern vodka expression.
