FEW Alice In Chains All Secrets Known Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: An intriguing nose shows its multiple influences, with sour cherries, floral notes of violets as well as agave nectar and honey, plus leather, spice, and oak.

Palate: The palate is spicy with cinnamon, black pepper, and tannic oak, along with vanilla, menthol, and dark chocolate-covered berries.

Finish: The finish is the most whiskey-centric segment of the sip until a final flourish of earthy agave as a closing note.

FEW Spirits is an American craft distillery based in Evanston, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. They pride themselves on producing everything from grain to glass; every aspect of the production of their spirits is done by them.
