Muchos creen que George Dickel Superior No. 12 es el estándar de oro del whisky Tennessee. Está elaborado a partir de una combinación de Whisky añejos seleccionados por el maestro destilador. El Superior No. 12 se elabora a partir de un puré de cebada, maíz, centeno, trigo y otros cereales. Fue galardonado con dos Medallas de Plata, dos Medallas de Oro y una Doble Medalla de Oro en el San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Nariz: Aroma a rico roble, carbón y dulce ahumado.

Boca: Notas de jarabe de arce, pan con mantequilla y humo.

Final: Profundo y complejo, con toques de maíz tostado, carbón, cítricos y pasas.

Información de la destilería

George Dickel emigró a los Estados Unidos desde Alemania en 1844, donde inició un pequeño negocio minorista en Nashville, Tennessee. Añadió licor a sus líneas de productos en 1861 y se hicieron muy populares.
