A two-stage extraction combines a warm infusion with an extended 40-hour cold brew, drawing out deep roasted, chocolate, and nutty coffee character. Restrained Veracruz cane sugar keeps the profile balanced rather than overly sweet, allowing the agave spirit to remain an important part of the expression.

Poral Mexican Coffee Liqueur Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold roasted coffee, fresh agave, dark cocoa, toasted nuts, caramel, and subtle spice.

Palate: Rich and velvety, with bittersweet espresso, dark chocolate, toasted coffee, earthy agave, caramel, and gentle mineral notes.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering roasted coffee, baking spice, dry agave, and a restrained bittersweet sweetness.

The Decaf expression was developed to preserve the character of the original coffee liqueur while removing caffeine, creating a full-strength alternative suited to evening sipping and coffee-forward cocktails.
