El whisky americano Redwood Empire es una mezcla única de Graton Distilling Company del condado de Sonoma. El whisky incluye centeno autodestilado de dos y tres años, con paquetes de bourbons de origen, incluidas selecciones de cuatro, cinco y 11 años. La mezcla final es de 60% de centeno y 40% de bourbon, y partes del caldo de centeno se terminan en barricas de oporto y vino.

La destilería de última generación de Redwood Empire se construyó desde cero en el sitio de una antigua planta procesadora de manzanas en el rústico oeste del condado de Sonoma.
