Clover Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey es un whisky artesanal de lotes pequeños producido en Kentucky. Se elabora a partir de una mezcla de 95 % de centeno y 5 % de cebada malteada y se añeja en barriles de roble carbonizado durante al menos cuatro años. Este whisky de centeno tiene un sabor suave y picante con notas de canela, nuez moscada y clavo. El final es largo y picante, con un toque de dulzura.
