Nariz: Jengibre confitado y canela se unen con notas florales y melosas de baklava y cáscaras de cítricos dulces y picantes, mientras el humo de la chimenea flota en la distancia.

Boca: malta herbácea, natillas cremosas, masa para pasteles y dulces hervidos afrutados respaldados por frutas con hueso asadas y carbón.

Final: humo salado, frutas dulces cocidas, jengibre y picante de pimienta.

Información de la destilería

El original fue construido en el distrito Gorbals de Glasgow en 1826, pasando a manos de Archibald Walker en 1880, convirtiendo a la firma en la única destilería en elaborar whisky en Escocia, Irlanda e Inglaterra. En 1887 producía más de 500.000 galones de whisky de malta y de grano al año.
