Here are some of our favorite recipes of this island vacation in a drink.
SAMMY’S ISLAND PIÑA COLADAINGREDIENTS2 oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum 1 oz. Pineapple juice 1 ½ oz. Cream of coconut Pineapple wedge Maraschino cherry DIRECTIONSCombine rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut in an ice filled mixing glass or blender. Shake or blend vigorously and pour straight into a tall hurricane/highball glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry. Recipe from Sammy’s Beach Bar RumWICKED COCONUT COLADAINGREDIENTS1 1/2 cup Ice 1/2 cup Diced pineapple, frozen 2 oz. Pineapple juice 2 oz. Coconut cream 1 1/2 oz. Wicked Dolphin Coconut Rum 1 oz. Wicked Dolphin Silver Rum Pineapple slices DIRECTIONSPut the ice, frozen pineapple, juice, coconut cream, and the white and dark rums into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Pour the drink into 2 glasses and garnish the rim with pineapple slices.
