Información de la destilería

Chichibu es una pequeña destilería de whisky en Japón. Fue el primero que se construyó en el país desde la década de 1970. El fundador, Ichiro Akuto, provenía de una larga familia de cerveceros de sake que se remonta al siglo XVII. Su abuelo fundó la destilería Hanyu en 1945.
