Elaborada a partir de agave weber azul 100 % orgánico, la planta se cocina durante 72 horas en hornos tradicionales antes de destilarse dos veces y reposar en barricas de roble americano usadas durante 8 meses. El resultado es un tequila reposado de la más alta calidad que luego se microfiltra tres veces para garantizar la máxima pureza.
Notas de cata de Tequila Reposado Rosa Clase Azul
Nariz: Notas florales, agave cocido, sidra de manzana, canela y miel.
Boca: Vainilla, agave y tierra húmeda apuntalada.
Final: Tabaco, manzanilla, anís y clavo.

Productos Finos de Agave en Nom 1416, situado en la región Jesús María de Arandas en la región de Los Altos de México. Clase Azul es un tequila premium 100% auténtico elaborado en un pequeño pueblo llamado Santa María Canchesdá.
