Destilado en 2007, el whisky se vertió en una sola barrica de vino, donde permaneció durante los siguientes 12 años, con un total de 347 botellas lanzadas en 2020.

Nariz: dulzura de frutos rojos con notas más oscuras de moras y grosellas, y especias suaves.

Boca: Más mermelada de frutos rojos y fruta horneada crumble, el roble picante aporta algo de calidez, suavizado por almendras picadas y caramelo.

Final: manzana toffee, chocolate salado, panecillos cruzados calientes, roble tostado.
