Se mezclan 55 galones de roble americano nuevo durante un mínimo de 4 años en un pequeño lote con bourbon más antiguo. Luego una segunda maduración en barricas de roble francés durante 3 a 6 meses – barricas de Merlot y Chardonnay lavadas en Brandy añejo. Brandy añejo destilado por Long Island Spirits de bodegas locales. Mezcla: Después de mezclar cada lote, los casamos en barriles de vino lavados con brandy para unir los whiskies y darles carácter.
