Un whisky mezclado de las tres destilerías de Suntory: Yamazaki, Hakushu y Chita. Toki tiene una composición diferente a otra mezcla de Suntory, Hibiki, ya que sus componentes principales son el whisky de pura malta Hakashu y el whisky de grano Chita. Debería funcionar muy bien en un highball.

Boca: Pomelo, uvas verdes, menta, tomillo.

Final: Final sutilmente dulce y especiado con un toque de vainilla de roble, pimienta blanca y jengibre.

El fundador de Suntory, Shinjiro Torii, decidió comenzar a elaborar whisky con un deseo apasionado de "crear un whisky perfecto que refleje la naturaleza de Japón y el espíritu de la artesanía japonesa". Su decisión lo llevó a embarcarse en el difícil negocio de la elaboración de auténtico whisky nacional que nadie había intentado en ese momento.
