La expresión Double Wood de la destilería australiana Bakery Hill presenta whisky de pura malta que inicialmente fue madurado en barricas de bourbon de roble americano y terminado en barricas de roble francés. Este período final trae a la mesa algunas notas adicionales de ciruela y cáscara de naranja, que complementan las notas de malta de la malta clásica.
