La destilería Chichibu es una pequeña destilería con sólo nueve empleados a tiempo completo. La destilería es propiedad de Venture whisky, que fue fundada en 2004 en la ciudad de Chichibu, Saitama, en las afueras de Tokio (de ahí su nombre). Esta botella de Chichibu es de su serie “The Chronicle” de 2011. Es un whisky de barrica única de Cask #1296.
