Un whisky irlandés deliciosamente intrigante procedente de Currach. ¡El single malt se terminó en barricas carbonizadas con algas! Mira, te dijimos que era intrigante. Anteriormente, los barriles no contenían algas: ¡en realidad se usaban algas del Atlántico para carbonizar los barriles! El equipo detrás del whisky cosechó algas kombu de la costa del condado de Clare y carbonizó las barricas con ellas, impartiendo un montón de notas umami a la madera, y luego se metió en el whisky para un acabado de tres meses. ¡Cosas originales!
