Shibui Pure Malt es un whisky de cebada 100% malteado producido en Japón a partir de un whisky de malta japonés y un whisky de malta de las Tierras Bajas escocesas. Se madura en tres tipos de barricas: ex-bourbon, jerez oloroso y barricas de roble mizunara.
Notas de cata de whisky japonés Shibui Pure Malt
Nariz: nueces confitadas, pasas cubiertas de chocolate y jarabe de arce, seguidos de suaves notas de cereal maltoso.
Boca: En el paladar todos esos elementos se manifiestan, ¡aunque tal vez no el polvo! La mezcla de especias y dulzura sigue ahí, pero de la forma tan sutil que promete Shibui, y también hay toques realmente agradables de café y chocolate.
Final: Un final elegante y largo.
