Detailed Description
Detailed Description
Pond Fork Bourbon Whiskey revives a historic American whiskey name originally established in Peoria, Illinois, in 1893. This small-batch blend combines pot-distilled bourbon with column-distilled Kentucky straight bourbon in equal proportions, balancing the richer texture and complexity of pot distillation with the clarity and consistency of column distillation. Matured for at least four years, it offers a classic bourbon profile centered on oak, vanilla, and warming spice. Designed to be enjoyed neat or over ice, it also brings sufficient character to traditional cocktails such as the Old Fashioned and Manhattan.

Distillery Information
Corning & Company traces its roots to the American whiskey industry of the 19th century. The Corning family moved its distilling operation to Peoria, Illinois, where the business grew into one of the country's major whiskey producers by the early 1900s. Its historic portfolio included Old Quaker, a widely recognized American whiskey brand of its era. The company was sold to Schenley Industries in 1906, while its distillery operations were eventually interrupted by Prohibition. Today, Corning & Company operates as a craft beverage alcohol platform, supporting spirit brands through production, packaging, marketing, and distribution.
