This expression was made with Mary Beaton in mind, who became a nun after her Queen died, totally changing her life. Hence why a colour-changing gin seemed only fitting! The addition of butterfly pea flowers gives the gin its striking blue colour, though with a splash of tonic it'll become pink. A great party trick. Also, Forever Fresh would be a great album name.
