The operation is also well known for its production of sparkling wines; it produces slightly sparkling Moscato d'Asti DOCG dessert wines; Brachetto d'Acqui, produced by the Charmat method; and a range of Alta Langa metodo classico wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
