Located in the village of Kayersberg, it is known for producing wine from Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner and Gewürztraminer in a concentrated style, with many of the top-cuvées bottled with residual sugar. Unusually for the region, Weinbach produces wine purely from estate-grown grapes. It has holdings in four nearby Grand Cru vineyards on the slopes of the Weisbach Valley – Schlossberg, Furstentum, Mambourg and Marckgrain.
