Whisky de pura malta Dark Valley Peacock's Feather DVW Single Cask | Notas de Cata de 500ML
Nariz: Potente dulzor de jerez y pastel de frutas con mantequilla de brandy.
Boca: Pan de plátano con caramelo de azúcar quemado y nueces tostadas que cubren el paladar con una sensación cremosa en boca.
Final: Textura bastante delicada y suave en el final largo.

El nombre Killara es un guiño a mis padres, Bill y Lyn Lark, quienes iniciaron la industria del whisky en Australia en 1992.
