Resting in previously used Linkumpinch bourbon barrels introduces oak, honey, and bourbon-like warmth while preserving the gin's evergreen and citrus character. The result is a distinctive, rounded gin suited to sipping neat, enjoying over ice, or using in spirit-forward cocktails such as a Gin Old Fashioned.
