El centeno de veintiún años puede ser el centeno mejor añejado que hemos producido hasta ahora, si no el mejor, ciertamente el más elegante. La entrada es suave, en capas y tersa con el dulzor sutil del envejecimiento en barrica. Sin embargo, el sabor del centeno nunca se pierde y el whisky es definitivamente centeno y nada más.
