Chinaco Añejo Cristalino es un tequila añejo que ha sido doblemente filtrado para que tenga una apariencia clara. Pero no dejes que su tez cristalina te engañe haciéndote pensar que es un licor sin añejar o un tequila blanco; Previo a esa doble filtración, el tequila envejece durante dos años en barricas de roble europeo.

En 2017, se vendió Anchor Brewing Company y, aunque Anchor Distilling Company no formó parte de la venta, renunció a los derechos de uso de la marca comercial “Anchor”. A principios de 2018, el nuevo nombre de “Hotaling & Co.” se anunció, una referencia a uno de los whiskies de lotes pequeños más queridos de Anchor Distilling y a la leyenda de San Francisco AP Hotaling, que llegó al Oeste durante la fiebre del oro y rápidamente se convirtió en uno de los comerciantes de bebidas espirituosas más reputados del país.
