El tequila Don Celo Añejo es un tequila bidestilado de la Destiladora San Nicolás y envejecido durante al menos un año en barricas nuevas de roble. Operan bajo el lema de marketing "Libera tu espíritu". Don Celso Añejo fue nombrado Mejor Tequlia Añejo en el San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2012.
Notas de Cata de Tequila Don Celso Añejo
Nariz: Madera de roble media, vainilla y pasas con un ligero toque cítrico.
Boca: Suave y dulce. Madera de roble distintiva complementada con vainilla, pasas y miel, con un toque de melón.
Final: Caramelo y notas ahumadas.
